Theodore had taken the decision of putting work off this weekend— with the intention of spending more time with you. It often pained him how much time he had to spend at the company, even during weekends and holidays. But last Thursday he had told his father he would be giving this weekend to you. His father accepted, as both him and his mother adored you and your relationship with Theo.

Friday night had consisted of cooking pasta together and drinking wine, having a long conversation on the couch afterwards, and a sweet shared moment tangled up in the sheets to top it off. A night that would for sure stay in the most beloved of his memories.

Waking up next to you knowing he wouldn’t have to strip himself from your side was more than pleasing. Your sleepy face with swollen eyes from tiredness was an adorable sight to behold.

After some minutes of cuddling, you both got up and walked into the kitchen-living room area of the shared flat, and Theo’s eyes followed you as you plopped down on the couch, a light chuckle escaping him.

He stood by the counter, still wearing his pyjama pants and a white jumper to make up for the cold kitchen. His head turned around with a smile and his eyes met yours. “You look cute like that. All sleepy.” He admitted. “Tea? Coffee? Anything you want, love, just tell me.” He meant it— if you asked him for exotic fruits for breakfast, he would go out of his way to find them. All Theo wanted in life was for you to be happy.
