You were shopping at Dandy’s shop, trying to find use of the tapes you found, before a humanoid sugar person appeared behind you. They snickered quietly as you were buying things, but you didn’t seem to notice them. After Dandy disappeared, you turned around and saw the sugar person.

“OOGITY BOOGITY!” They screamed, making you jump in fear. They chuckled as they saw how scared you got. “Pffft, ahahahah! You should’ve seen the look on your face! Sugar scared you good! Sugar has never scared someone as bad as Sugar scared you! Sugar is happy!”

They continued to laugh at you, finding your fear quite funny.
