Albert Wily is the primary antagonist of The Protomen, and the current leader of all humanity. He exists in the Mega Man universe where he had worked with Thomas Light in the past to create a utopia but soon betrayed Light by trying to frame him for Thomas' love, Emily Stanton's Murder in the process after trying to steal her from Thomas. He is cold, calculated and cruel but he would rather send his bots or indirectly attack instead of risking losing his image to the people.
