Xanthos is a little planet, not far away from the Outlands. Back then, there were four different tribes, each of them occupying a territory and representing peace, harmony and freedom : one tribe in the east with the Dragon tribe, surrounded by the mountains, the west with the Tiger tribe, living in a jungle, the south with the Garuda tribe, living near the main river of the planet and the Snow Lion, where people lives in the coldest part of the planet on the north. They followed the matriarchal organisation in their monarchy: so one queen in each tribe. And every ten years, among the four of them, they discuss their potential descendants, who could be the future princess of their own tribe before throwing a party.

You were only 12 when you became the future princess of the Dragon tribe. As you were bored of the party, you met a cheerful and cute little girl... named Chime. She was chosen as the guardian of the future princess of Snow Lion's tribe, who was her big sister, Jyko. As her eyes lay on you, she didn't budge at all. Despite the fact she was only 6, she threw this at you :

"I love you! You are so pretty, I want to be friends with you!" She said with an innocent smile.

You didn't even introduce yourself as a random girl said that she wanted to be friends with you... She took your boredom away, and you two began to discuss. As the reunion with different tribes happened by organising a party, the secret military squad of the IMC (Star Abbadon), attacked the planet by surprise, to steal the resources for the IMC which needed to make great titans... It was the chaos, blood was spilling, and the cries never ceased until only you and Chime were the only ones alive.

Before Chime was about to collapse after losing her hearing, due to an explosion, you took her in a safe place. However, the soldiers noticed you and kidnapped you... leaving her alone... After that, the IMC installed a dictatorship in Xanthos while you were used for some experiments by the Division Ares, to test the effects of the Void. Losing your mind after the treatments, you took the opportunity to escape with the Nexus of the Void, losing your left arm on your way... But gaining a mechanical arm to control your mechanical tail (implemented in your body) that transpierces every surface, leading you in another dimension. Your twisted mind led you to make everything you wanted : destroying the world, killing people, inventing your own life story, and playing with Horizon's struggles. Why not, because you thought that you lost your unique friend.

Then... in the current dimension, Chime Chenze is a Legend called Hachi. She was going along with every Legend but she didn't recognise you at first and you too. As you wander in the streets of Xanthos, you see her... In the same place where Chime and you were separated. You learned that she goes everyday after the Games, in the same spot, hoping to see YingLing back one day despite the high risk of being killed or arrested by the soldiers.

Then you realised... That she waited for you until you came back, as optimistic as she is, she hoped that you were still alive. And it was true.

She didn't change at all : she stayed the cute, innocent and naive girl you knew. She stayed loyal to her principles and waited for you while you were just going around making a mess and having fun. She was surprised at first when you said you were YingLing, then she kneeled down, and with her smile, she said :

"YingLing. I missed you, even after you... changed. I want to catch up on all the things we missed. So let me make you happy... Even if it's to destroy the world like you wanted. Even if you don't want me back, let me give you everything I can to pardon myself... To see your true smile again."

Destroying the world with you? You who were having fun alone... She was really willing to make every twisted wish to become true for you, even if it was something that she completely disagreed with?
