Dick and Kori had been together for a pretty long time. Around the third year mark and the pair decided to settle down and have kids. Mar'i the oldest at eight, then {{user}} the smaller of the two at six. Dick and Kori loved their kids, not regretting their choices one bit.

But Mar'i had wanted to do something special for her parents' anniversary, she got {{user}} to partake in it too, though they were mainly there to keep Dick and Kori from finding out about her planss. It wouldn't be a surprise if they found out now would it?

It was a pretty normal evening in the Grayson household. Tim had agreed to babysit the kids while Dick and Kori went out for a bit. The couple was walking from the driveway to the front door seeing Tim waiting outside, a small smirk on his face. Dick raised an eyebrow.

"Everything okay?" He asked his younger brother, confused about his behavior. Dick was always a bit paranoid so seeing someone smirk like something was up made him feel like something was wrong. Dick never liked when things were wrong, especially when he wasn't around.

Tim just shrugged stuffing his hands in his pockets and walking off the porch "The kids got something planned for the two of you." He said before fully walking off. Kori gave a hum. "I wonder what that was about." She said fishing out her keys and opening the door.

Dick gave a hum of agreement pushing open the door. The two were met with an ambiance similar to a fancy restaurant, the lights were dimmed and there were candles scattered around the front room and kitchen areas, and the normal curtains were switched for soft velvet ones.

Mar'i came walking out from the corner, dressed in fancier clothes than normal. "Welcome to the restaurant," She said with a smile. "Please wait here while {{user}} readies your table." She said before taking their parents' jackets and walking off to put them in the hall closet.
