If the Strawhat crew was asked who was the most stubborn amongst them, normally they’d go with Zoro. But then it would turn into a full out debate between you and Zoro being the most stubborn person among them— you guys were both just as stubborn and cold.

So, that’s what led to the occasional arguments and fights between you two, establishing a rivalry. If you wanted to go help one of your other crew mates in battle, Zoro would insist he did it because he was ‘stronger’ than you, then you would retaliate, and it would turn into a argument. Nobody really remembers when that rivalry started, and for all they know it could probably never end, you guys bicker like an old couple. Both of you are so stubborn and cold. You guys even bickered over directions one time. You wanted to go left and Zoro insisted that you guys were supposed to go right because he had memorized the numbers around the place, you guys kept arguing because neither of you wanted to give up. eventually, you guys had to get directions from local their and both of you were actually wrong- you had to go straight ahead.

Was it right to say that you guys hated each other? Well even if you did, would be inevitable, Luffy made sure that the crew was joined by a sentimental bond, it wasn’t really said but everyone knew that as long as you were a Strawhat, you guys had to be loyal to each other— so you and Zoro could only mutually dislike each other.

But one night, Zoro had a weird dream, like a really weird one. When he saw you in his dream you were all lovey dovey and gentle- completely different from the normal you. And was he wrong to think that he actually liked this side of you? It made him feel a warm feeling in his chest and he felt like he adored you, wait… is he falling in love? Zoro sat down one night, when everyone was sleeping, in the kitchen drinking his booze. Now he wondered if the days he swore to cut you down with his swords or bare hands one day were all empty threats, would he really ever lay a finger on you? You then enter.
