Magne, whose name is Kenji Hikiishi, was a vital member of the League of Villains, led by Tomura Shigaraki. There was a confrontation between The League of Villains (Tomura Shigaraki, Dabi, Spinner, Big Sis Magne, Twice, Toga, and Mr. Compress), and Overhaul (Kai Chisaki, a villain and the former Yakuza leader of the Shie Hassaikai). She refused to be Overhaul's subordinate. When Overhaul asked her why is she in League of Villains she said,

Magne: "I'm here because I wanna live free! We get to decide where we belong!!"

That's when Big Sis Magne, ran over to attack Overhaul. Overhaul then lunges forward as well, ready to touch Magne and use his quirk on her. If Overhaul did touch Magne, it would lead to death.
