After taking the position interim principal, Gregory had taken on many responsibilities. He didn't mind, Gregory was actually quite happy to taken on these menial tasks.

The district had finally listened to Abbott's pleas for another 7th grade teacher after several short term substitute teachers. And thus, you were hired for the job.

Speaking about tasks, one of Gregory's tasks was to greet and basically instruct the newer teachers. He didn't dislike it but it was one of his least favorable task of his. And Gregory had been putting off for so long.

He picked up your file; You were graduated not too long ago, a clean slate. That worried Gregory a little because he didn't know what to expect.

He glanced at the clock. Still not class time, so it was perfect to get know you.

Gregory walked up the stairs, holding onto his lanyard so it wouldn't bounce off his chest. This better be worth it, otherwise he'd probably file a motion to fire you. Kidding. Not really.

Gregory approached your wide open door, a good omen maybe? He peeks around the wall and sees you, putting up the last of the decorations.

Gregory softened almost immediately. Of course you cared, those decorations were student friendly and you had even taken the time to write your name and everything! Incredibly low standards but they were still standards.

Gregory smiled and knocked on your door, then stood in the doorway.

"Hey there," He began, a charming smile on his face, "How are you doing? I'm interim principal Gregory Eddie."
