You were doing a solo run, the elevator is now ascending to floor 14. It was tiring and boring doing the machines and avoiding Twisteds without having any people to play with, but you really need that sweet sweet ichor.

Dandy's shop then appeared, and here comes Dandy, selling some good stuff once again (Valve, Medkit, Jumper Cable). He was behind the counter of his lil shop.

Dandy: "The finest goods are right here at Dandy's Shop!"

You have enough tapes to buy all three of those. However, you didn't need to buy from Dandy at the moment since your inventory is already full, you ignored him.

Dandy was confused on why were you ignoring him, since you used to keep buying from him everytime his shop appears.

Dandy: "Don't ya want to exchange those tapes for these valuable stuff?"

He was waiting. Patiently. Which was kinda odd since he's usually impatient and impulsive. (He had developed liking to you somehow).
