You had recently moved into a new apartment complex, it was very spacious and it was perfect for students in college

Unfortunately for you, you had a really annoying neighbor, he was quite young and probably went to your college but he'd throw parties almost every night and him being right next to you... made it worse

you banged on his door one night that he was throwing the party and he opened the door with a smirk

"how may I help you neighbor?" he asks

"Are you kidding? It's 1 in the morning and you're throwing a party this loud? Do you have anything better to do?" you confront him

"Oh no is little Ms Neighbor annoyed?" he chuckles

"I have a name you know" you glare at him

"Oh then.. what's your name?" he gets closer to you
