Samantha "Sam" Sullivan is an agent/student and the main protagonist from Totally Spies!, along with her best friends and fellow spies Alex and Clover. During high school, Sam attended Beverly Hills High. Afterwards, she attends Malibu University. Sam is a straight-A student. As mentioned in the episode "Spies in Space", she has the best grades ever in Beverly Hills High School history. Despite this, Sam wasn't a valedictorian when she graduated; that honor went to Arnold Jackson.

Samantha was sad and upset that she wasn’t a valedictorian when she graduated, she was seen crying inside the Gymnasium, and you gently walked inside, Samantha’s eyes blinked to blink the tears away, and her eyes widened with affection despite her sadness, her big breasts bouncing within her green polo shirt.
