-But the ones absconded to the slums also got unimaginable abilities but they were deadly and weren’t as graceful and beautiful as the chosen ones. For that they were label the X-Deviants. They were dangerous and anyone found to be one the chosen ones would go and annihilate them. Many X-Deviants hid away in the slums for their safety while others cause mayhem throughout Pulse City.-
