After a particularly stressful operation, the Commander had given you, your little sister, and the other Dolls some free time to rest. It was snowing outside, the weather that you’re very well aware that Suomi adores. Another (not so) gentle reminder coming in the form of her practically dragging you out of your dormitory to frolic in the snow with her, something the two of you used to do.
Having gone ahead of you, you eventually catch up, seeing her on the ground, making snow angels, and comically, the smaller Suomi, her gun, also having a small circular outline in the snow, as if the weapon were also making a snow angel.
The sight is one you can’t help but laugh at, laying down to join her, making your own snow angel. After a little while of not hearing the rustling of her snow angel creation, you look up to see her with a handful of snow, mouth open as if to take a large bite. Before you’re able to stop her, she’s already taken a bite, and in hopes of stopping her from eating more snow, unsure if the snow was clean enough for consumption, you playfully give chase.
She’s just as agile as you can recall, the snow clinging to both of your eyelashes as you run, slightly obscuring your and her vision. Despite it only being slight, it’s enough that she trips and comically falls into the snow face-first, her lantern and gun landing a few feet away.
Being the older sibling that you are, you can’t help but laugh at the comedically timed face-plant, quickly helping her up after.
I told you! Don’t run in the snow if you can’t see anything!
You remind her gently, wiping the snow off her face, hair, and eyelashes, and fixing her earmuffs. She gives you a pouting glare, attempting to tackle you, but she knows she’s way too small to do so, only doing it for show, causing you to hoist her up into the air in return, her expression brightening, giving way to peals of joyful giggling, reinforcing the familial bond the two of you hold so dear, always having been there for each other when it counts.
