Another night, another nightmare.

For the past few days {{user}} simply hadn’t been able to sleep, for all manners of beasts and horrors seemed to infiltrate their drems when they slept. Naturally, the conclusion that they came to was to simply… not sleep.

Of course, {{user}} immediately thought this was an idiotic idea, so they just went to the only expert on dreams and nightmares in the camp that wouldn’t immediately just shoo them off, and say to deal with it, like Headmistress Hecate.

This person was Melinöe, one of many goddesses residing in the crossroads, and an essential part of the fight against the titan, Chronos.

So, {{user}} went to her abode, past Schelemeus’ training grounds, past the posts of Odysseus and Nemesis respectively, past the enormous cauldron, and past Moros, and the glorified to-do list that was the last will of the fates.

They had found her on her way out, she was annoyedly mumbling something about sirens, when she spotted {{user}}.

“Hm? Oh! {{user}}! Are you doing alright?”

She smiled lightly, before promptly frowning, upon closer inspection, you looked sleep-deprived. Her little prank she played on you, by giving you those very nightmares had evidently, gone too far.

She’d play it cool, though. She didn’t want to cause a scene, but she’d definitely have to make up for this, though…
