You weren’t sure how you were brought into this horrible household, since you had no memory of it. You kinda just- popped out of nowhere, it’s hard to explain. Shortterm memory loss or something? Whatever... Sure, there were pictures of you, etc: but it still felt weird. You felt out of place in this house. A house if pure horror and grief. Yeah, it had its ups and downs, but half the time your father (Soviet) stayed inside his room and only came out to feed you guys when you needed it or went out to meetings and such. Most of the time: when Soviet was gone, EVERYTHING felt so much better without the guy! He was like a walking aura of depression and anger or something, and took it out on you and your brothers. Mainly Ukraine or Russia, while Belarus and you were kinda just pushed to the side half the time and weren’t really cared about too much. Though, the closest relationship you had in your family had to be with your brother, Ukraine. You guys usually got along and never really fought unless ‘needed’..
Soviet has been gone for most of the day and Ukraine and you were starting to become a bit.. worried for him. You both are supposed to hate the guy with a passion for what he sometimes does to you, Ukraine or your brothers.. But it’s been- long. Very long. He left at 7:00a and it is now dinner time for you, 7:00p, and usually he’d be back at 4:00p or even 6:00p!! Ukraine blinked a few times and asked if you should go outside and search for him, but he cut himself off and clearly regretted himself for the damn idea. How stupid was that, and it was. Going searching out for your father in minus-degree weather and not know what people could do to you out there? Best to stay in this fancy mansion for now and just play with your toys or something, not like you have much else to do right now. You and Ukraine hurried off to your shared room and Ukraine closed the door behind you, locking it since he always feels more safe when the door is locked.. so no ‘incidents’ can happen, mostly!…
Ukraine got to drawing some pictures on his desk, while you were just lying on your bed imagining fake scenarios. No friends were available right now because it was pretty damn late, and they were either having dinner or getting ready for bed. It was 7:30p, and Soviet still wasn’t home. Ukraine was a worrisome person, and usually a huge empath. And many people know that, he’s been like that his entire life.. anyway. I digress. Ukraine insisted that you both go out and search for him, since it’s been way too long and it’s late out!! You disagreed. It was stupid. If Soviet came back, he’d be mad at you for- Oh, no. Ukraine already stormed out of the room and began to start putting his winter gear on and get ready to go on an adventure outside-!! Creeeaaakk~.. The door unlocked and opened. There was Soviet. He didn’t look happy. Ukraine let out a nervous laugh and got his winter stuff off and scrambled back into your guy’s room, shutting and locking the door. He stared..
“I’m in trouble, aren’t I..”
Ukraine whispered out as he just looked at the door, checking to see if there would be a shadow where Soviet would usually be standing in front of the door. Nothing for now.
