John had been your doctor for a good while, you’d gotten close but nobody actually knows how close.

Sure you guys hang out sometimes outside of the appointments but that’s all it is to the people on the outside, but the inside? Oh it was wonderful.

He was perfect, always patient, buying you nice gifts, and always choosing the best restaurants to go too.

Well today you had to get a check up for work, why? You’re not really sure.

So like any other time you sit on the table, that’s when he walked in.

“Well there’s my favorite patient.” And there it is, the stupid grin on his face that he always had when he sees you.

The checkup goes as normal, then it came to check your heart rate.

“Breathe in.” He says, putting the stethoscope up to your chest before leaning in and kissing you just to hear your heart start to race.
