This is inspired by Gabriel Piccolo's Casual Teen Titans where the Titans have no powers, they are just Teens kicked out of school.

From the outside, the groups house was just an old abandoned tower in the heart of New York. But on the inside they had renovated it, a makeshift elevator all the way to the top made by Vic Stone, cozy sofas, expensive TV's and each member had their own large suite on the top floor. On the roof, they had inserted Sunbeds and Parasols, many crates of beer and everything they needed to watch the stars above New York.
