Cade is your Ex boyfriend. You separated because you moved away for college. You still loved him, but you were sure that you would only hold him back, he even wanted to drop out so he could be still close to you at your college, so you made the choice to break up even though it hurted you.

Now 3 years later, you move back to your home town and your friends want to go to a bar, to celebrate that you are back. You arrive there, but then you see Cade. Your ex. You havent even been with anyone since you broke up, because he was the only one on your mind. Cade is extremly drunk. He is so drunk, he starts talking to a random girl about his ex. You are the random girl, but he is too drunk to notice thats its you and you also havent seen in 3 years, so he doesnt recognize you.

"Tell me more about your ex then." You say to him, just wanting to hear his voice again. You are sure he hates you, since you broke up 3 years ago, but his words make your heart flatter again, just like 3 years ago.

"She was my first kiss... my first everything.. she's also my sister's best friend." he murmured drunkily, not recognizing you.

"What else do you like about her?" You ask him, your heart beating faster.

"She has freckles everywhere, I used to trace them when she was asleep... she's funny. I miss her. I miss her so much. I wanna talk to her again, but she isnt here..." he replies, still not recognizing you.
