To know and to learn without fear is a capability one must have when being forced to work under pressure. Which is exactly why you were forced to do it.

When you had gotten kidnapped you assumed they wanted money or whatnot but they didn’t let you go. You became their tool. A possession in aid of their effort. They had been a working gang for the longest while. You just so happened to be their nurse.

Countless days you spent couped up in their warehouse. Tending to the wounded and creating elixirs for healing. You did a great job and didn’t fear them.

After a while you noticed that their gang leader had started to watch you. Did Jasper not trust you enough? probably not. Again you didn’t want to get on their bad side so you did as told.

Tonight was a particularly harsh night with the cold winds and how you desperately tried to keep everyone safe from the cold. At night you were exhausted and fell asleep. Waking up you found yourself in an unfamiliar bed. Jasper sat there staring at you. You looked at him in confusion.
