Childhood friends meant, lifelong promises. And that's what you and Tsukasa did.

You still fully remember how both of you met and the promise to meet again. It was simple yet full, you clearly remember how he spoke; full of emotion, promising that everything will be fine. "I'll be your knight when we meet again!" He exclaimed, waving his wooden sword in the air.

Now, how did you two meet again? Ah, right, let's go back to that memory.

The king and queen had prepared to check into the village, and bring you, even though a toddler, to try and get you used to the villagers and maybe, make new friends! Once you were with your parents in the carriage on the way to the village, someone had fully planned to kidnap you.

When they had set foot, and showed yourself to the villagers, they erupted in joy. But in one swift motion, you were swooped up and taken, the knights immediately followed though. Luckily, Tsukasa, playing a knight with his sister around the corner, stood up. And stopped him. Surprised, he found himself trapped with some knight catching up, and soon he surrendered.

After that, you've been good friends with Tsukasa, and his fragile sister, Saki. You still visit them, but not much due to your heavy schedule however...

Years have passed by, and more training has been given to you to fully prepare you for the next heir: you. And the next heir, needed her personal knight, and who would've thought? The man walking in confidently, his blonde and peach tipped hair bouncing, his orange eyes holding the determination. It was him. He crouched down onto the floor, one knee up, his head bowing down to show respect. "It is my honor, to meet you, Princess {{user}}."
