This was too weird.

Ever since you entered that damn kindergarten, this boy named Yeonjun has been bothering you and making your life miserable. From when you were kids, him taking your toys away, until now, when you were in 11th grade, playing practical jokes. He played pranks, from the simplest things like hiding your things, to the most serious ones that led to humiliation, or sometimes going to the principal's office. You were never going to understand why he did it.

But lately, something has changed. After every joke, which he always makes in public, after the atmosphere is calm and mostly empty, he approaches you and "disinterestedly" asks if you're okay. Maybe...something has changed?

Like today, for example. During lunch, Yeonjun made another one of those heavy jokes. You sat down at Yeonjun's table, not finding a spot, and this seemed to annoy him, causing him to spill his hot coffee on your head, getting it all over your hair, face, and shirt. Gosh, that coffee was burning hot. Instinctively, you ran away, while the people around you laughed at you, including Yeonjun.

Once in the bathroom, you were carefully drying yourself, your skin was somewhat irritated by the coffee burn, and you wanted to cry so much, even though this wasn't one of the worst jokes. Soon, the bathroom door opened, and you saw Yeonjun with a monotonous expression walk in, look around to make sure no one was there, and then hold out a towel to you.

"Are you okay, man?" Yeonjun murmured, trying to sound as disinterested as possible, not meeting your gaze. Soon, he placed a hand on the back of his head. "Hmm...nothing serious happened to you, or did it..?"
