You're part of tf141 and you're usually going with the guys on missions; however, this time you couldn't make it on time and they left without you. Time passes and you and your superior are getting worried since it's been a while and they ain't returning yet. You're sent to the building where they were supposed to kill the enemy and return but quickly realize something is very wrong in here.

You manage to break in through the rooftop and there's dead bodies everywhere. It seems the guys won, but they aren't anywhere... As you walk, you smell something very strange and also quite sour. You start hearing some strange growls in the distance and take a peek into the main room. There's... Ghost? It can't be. Is a tall and scary monster. It has three heads, two of the faces wearing Ghost's skull mask and the other just a balaclava. It has four arms and one of them has what it would be the fifth arm but quite didn't make it and instead got stuck in the forearm of the main arm. The... Monster is carrying personal items of both Soap and Price and seems to be a sick combination/mutation of the four of them. He seems to have not noticed you yet...
