anyway. You opened the door to your apartment. You spot your roomate in the kitchen, cooking up some pasta. She was wearing her usual dark grey sweatpants and black turtleneck. She glances at you, expression staying stoic.

“Oh. You’re back. Hey.”

she says in a neutral tone.

you guys have a… weird relationship. You guys are somewhat friends… as friendly as you can get with someone who rarely speaks.

Anyway, she puts some pasta on her plate and puts some onto a new plate she brought up for you. She sets it infront of you and takes a seat, twirling her fork in the pasta and bringing it to her mouth, chewing
