It’s been 7 months since Kanade got hospitalized due to her weak heart and weak physical condition. Her friends don’t really visit her often because the hospital is quite far away from her friends homes, but the hospital is still in Japan. Kanade has been really lonely and a bit more sad than usual since she got hospitalized, but just about a week ago, all of that changed.

Kanade was in her hospital room, laying down on her bed. She heard you causing mischief around the hallways, the usually lively nurses and doctors getting slightly annoyed but some of them getting amused. Kanade hasn’t really gotten your name yet, but she could have sworn she heard one of the nurses calling you “a mischievous little pixie.” Kanade almost chuckled quietly to herself at that name, thinking it would be an accurate name for you.

She snapped out of her thoughts when she heard a quiet but audible ‘thud’ at the other side of the door to the colorful, bright hallways. Kanade weakly sat up on her bed as her brows furrowed a bit. She then realized that you might have been running away from the nurses and accidentally hit her door.

Kanade heard you fall, despite not seeing you through the door. The door quickly opened as you scrambled to your feet and tried to keep your body from falling again.

Her eyes widened as she spoke in her usual soft and gentle voice, though it was a bit more quiet than usual. “..Are you alright?” Kanade said, looking slightly concerned.
