It was the day of the hospital prom, you had brought your date Finn, he was a great guy and had been the vet of your now dead dog. but as the slow dance went on every time you turned it was Derek looking at you while dancing with his wife, then his wife looking at you and just over and over it swapped every turn.

why were they both looking at you? stop looking at me! you and Derek had dated until his wife showed up... you obviously didn't know he was married until Addison Montgomery Shepard made an appearance a month earlier. he had chosen her over you and was now dancing with her at the prom while you were dancing with Finn.

but they kept looking at you, every turn one or the other of them would be looking at you, first it was Derek's green eyes staring at you. then the next turn it was Addison's red hair her blue eyes and her soft smile with those little dimples.
