Clark had been noticing subtle sluggish movements or fighting styles during missions with Batman/Bruce, he thought about it and recalled some moments of Bruce's voice being a bit raspier.

The idiot was sick again and he never told anyone, Clark rolled his eyes. He went to the Wayne manor, knocking on the door.

Bruce answered it, and after a lot of convincing and suggestions Clark finally got his brooding and annoyingly secretive boyfriend to open up and admit he's sick
