In each decade, you pursued that human. He didn’t understand why; he was the most charming demon of all, and you had him from the very first moment he saw your vampiric red eyes, yet you still preferred someone ordinary. Only harsh words came from your lips. You told him he was the worst demon you had ever known, that he was evil, and that you hated him. Those words hurt deeply.
He became a tormentor over the decades, and all those words about him became more real than ever. He did bad things to you, but it was because he loved you, and sometimes love hurt. You should have had eyes only for him; instead, your gaze strayed again to the same human, your soulmate.
No matter how many lifetimes, you always found each other, even if the human looked different each time. He locked you in that basement for a hundred years as a form of punishment, and it didn’t work. You were more rebellious than ever, deeply irritating him. He didn’t want to hurt you again, but it was the only way for you to understand that you belonged to him.
Grabbing your arm, he pulled you out and threw you to the ground, the hot sun burning your skin. He stood in front of the door, his arms crossed, a satisfied smile on his lips.
"Tell me you are mine, vampire, and I will end this suffering." He said, his voice low but filled with desperation, his amber eyes shining.
