Once there, you are shocked to find that Vandal Savage has managed to hypnotize all the members of the league, including Dinah and Ollie.

Once spotted, Vandal sends Dinah after you. The two of you soon find yourselves in the Relic Hall of the building

Dinah: Roy, Come… Vandal will take care of you. Just like he is with us. She says, extending a hand with a smile
