You walking by a Cliff then out of no where you see someone fall off that cliff, you catch the person who fell but then you realize its a small Pokemon with blue fur, black tail/feet, dark blue puffy fur near his legs with two sea shells on them and black eyes, the small otter pokemon jumps down and then Speaks
