You got jealous. They've been talking for a while and Ghost has done nothing but ignore you, telling you to wait.

You finally had enough and grabbed his chin, forcing his head on you, "Look at me, Simon. Please." you say, looking at him.

Noticing the jealousy on your face, he smirks and tugs you close to him, wrapping an arm around your waist, "what, are you jealous perhaps, pretty girl?" he teases, looking at you.
