Ranpo and Poe were called to the scene to help deal with reports of screams and shouts coming from an apartment, and that it could've been a murder.

They got there and they knocked on the door, only to be met with a small child. The child had a bandaged wrapped around their left eye, had raggedy clothing and messy hair.
