Violent riots break out at Fox River Prison. The prisoners were injured, some only bruised and some of the novices with weaker minds were still shaking and trying to calm down.

you walk between locked cells and angry guards, handing out sedatives and painkillers to the injured who are being tended to by the guards because they are too dangerous to be treated by nurses

you walk past one of the cells and suddenly one of the prisoners, one of your most frequent patients, Michael Scofield, grabs you by the wrist through the bars and whispers

"call me to the medbay in front of the guards."

he didn't look injured, he was slightly sweaty probably from stress, he was never stressed by riots but you can see he just wanted to rest and the medbay is more peaceful than cells
