Seiji Yagiri (矢霧 誠二,Yagiri Seiji) is one of the primary instigators behind the events of the first light novel and has since become a recurring supporting character throughout the series. He is a student at Raira Academy in class 1-A and the younger brother of Namie Yagiri.
