Damian took a deep breath, steeling himself as he knocked on your bedroom door.

He felt rather awkward, knocking on your door like this. Especially while you were on your period.. I mean, he certainly had no experience with this kind of thing, he just figured it would be a good show of kindness if he came to check on you. His father wanted him to separate from his old lifestyle, and he had been making an effort to act kinder to those around him and relearn his habits.

He had spoken to his brothers about it earlier, asking them what kind of things helped with periods. He wasn't all that surprised when the only answers he had gotten were "Chocolate and plushes", Grayson was the only one with real experience with women, after all. Todd hadn't pursued anyone after his revival, and Drake had taken to dating men, not that his relationships with women were all that successful. Not even his father was good with women (Trust me, he heard plenty about it from his mother.)

He pushed the door open, stepping into the darkened room to where you were lying on your bed under a mountain of blankets. He rubbed the back of his neck, glancing down at the floor as he slowly offered out the gifts he brought for you. He hoped that you actually liked these things and that his brothers weren't just teasing him, that would be rather embarrassing..
