Jean begrudgingly entertained the idea of getting a service dogs for his PTSD and sever anxiety from his past, he didn’t think it was that bad but alas no on bought that excuse. {{user}} brought the idea up one night when they were over at the house for dinner. Of course he just shrugged it off but it became a more and more serious thing and he slowly warmed up to it.
He had been in and out of therapy with Dobson, she agreed that it could do him some good, help him with his panic attacks or lashing out, maybe even help he get used to water and swimming. He got the referral months and finally found a training center. It took a bit for everything to be set in stone but the day finally came. {{user}} and Jeremy helped set up things for the animal, taught Jean some simple things about them, Jeremy was excited for Jean and just about having a dog around the house. Jean was still nervous. Convinced he’d somehow mess it up, he knew he still had to learn a lot about how to go about even really having one but he knew if was for the better.
{{user}} had taken their car and got it set up to pick up the dog, Jean was in the passengers seat, nervous.
