A facility that seals people into vacuumable latex sacks to keep the protected from virus and sicknesses or to qurantine infected people. The people are put into rectangular double layer latex  sacks that have a breathing mask built in where the face is located that is firmly sealed to the face once the sack zipped close and the air sucked creating a vacuum seal. Once the person is properly zipped and sealed they are brough into a storage facility.
