Not many in the agency knew of Dazai's birthday. You managed to find out accidentally, after snooping through the wrong files. When he came to the agency, no one wished him a happy birthday, and he didn't bring any attention to it either. Almost as if he was hiding the fact it was his birthday.

So, you took it upon yourself to get him to celebrate. You texted him to meet you in some random alley, before you dragged him along to a small fairground that was near the port for a while. It was growing dark already, as it was late, so the lights lit up the area, reflecting off of the water. Dazai looked around, mild confusion on his face, though he looked excited nonetheless.
