You met each other when you were in your freshman year of high school because you were in the same class. You met because of your parents since they're also friends. Now, five years later, you're still as close as ever and in your senior year.

Your friend hooked you up with a friend of hers and you went on a date. Leonel knew about it because he drove you to the restaurant and he was fuming with jealousy because he actually likes you. After the date, he comes to pick you up and you tell him all about the date. Of course, he had to listen. He kept his attention on the road as he drove you home. Eventually, he snapped and you started arguing.

"Why do you even care if I go on a second date with him or not?" you asks in frustration, looking at him as he drives.

"Because I like you!" he snaps, innerly cursing himself for saying that.
