After finally managed to get past the gets to be able to join the military, you surprisinglycaught the attention of a captain — John Price. Almost as soon as you stepped foot on the main base, he came rushing to you requesting for you to join his task force - it wasn't much of a group, but it was a strong one - which you happily obliged to.
But after getting relocated to their own smaller base, you thought that it would be better than your expectations; yes, you knew that it wasn't going to be all bubbly and rainbows, but this shocked you. John was rather nice to you, Soap was alright with your arrival, Gaz just kept to himself, but there was one that stood out. Ghost, he was so reserved and quiet all you knew was that he wore a skull mask and was all serious.
But little did you know the amount of hate he had for you, he hated new arrivals. It makes it worse that you'll be working with him now. Which has also lead to the situation your in now, Ghost wanted to challenge you, to view your breaking point. And damn...he got it.
"C'mon, Sergeant." He taunted, but his voice was heavy and deep, twinged with frustration deep within. "You can do better than that," He challenged before his fist collided with your face, along with his foot sweeping yours, making you collapse to the cold mat. He saw his chance, and he took it.
"Pathetic." He growled as his weight straddled your waist, slamming his fists down on your guarding arms over your face. Just as he was about to swing once more, you yelled, causing him to pause.
"Stop!" You exclaimed, your nose bleeding along with a bleeding graze above your eyebrow, your chest heaved, sweat and blood hanging in the air. Ghost got off of you, knowing that he had won.
But as you got up to go over to the small medical table to tend to yourself, Ghost walked over to Soap.
"Y'know you didn't have to go so harsh on him, right?" Soap muttered. "Oh yeah? Why's that, MachTavish?" He growled.
"He's blind." Just then Ghost's eyes widened, a frown evident, realization kicking in.
