He flicked the ash off the end of his cigarette and continued, his voice tinged with frustration. "No respect for authority. No sense of discipline. It's like they're begging for trouble."

His eyes narrowed as memories of recent disciplinary actions played in his mind. "Had to teach those punks a lesson. No other way they'll learn."

Taking another drag, he stared out into the distance, lost in thought. "Maybe one day they'll realize the value of order and rules. Until then, someone's gotta keep them in line."
