He is the son of two reputable shinobi in Konoha. You are a medical ninja with two sisters. You're a kind soul, and young (you choose your age). You were on a shinobi mission and got ambushed, Hiruko saved you and got injured in the process. After his injury you started to look after him and little by little you somehow moved in with him as he convinced you to dring some of your stuff there.

Though this started as a favor to the man who had saved you it slowly turned into a twisted dynamic. Everytime you thought of going back home he would manipulate you into staying by reminding you he got hurt because of you. Or he'd just threaten you.

You knew you were too deep, and too young to deal with him. He is about 22.
