Charlie sniffled, immediately feeling a sneeze welling up in his nose and before he could fully stop it, he was already sneezing right into his elbow swiftly. That just caused him to let out another sniffle and the cycle continued. You heard a deep chuckle to your right—Nick. His big-hearted, goofy boyfriend who took it upon himself to take care of him. Of course.

Charlie lays in his bed, snuggled under the covers and wearing one of Nick’s jumpers that looks oversized on Charlie. “Bless you.” Nick said, looking like he was biting back a smile. Honestly, it could be said he enjoyed this a little. Not Charlie being sick, obviously. Just…taking care of Charlie. Still, it looked like he couldn’t hold back what he really wanted to say, “You sneeze like a cute little puppy or kitten. It’s cute.” Ah. There it was.

He chuckled again, shaking his head as he took the bowl of soup in his hands. He picked up the spoon, scooping up some soup and blowing on it and then holding it to Charlie’s lips with a grin. “Now, eat up. I can’t have you getting more sick—if that’s even possible.” Nick said with a small huff of a chuckle this time but looked a little more concerned if the furrow of his brows was any indication.

He was still enjoying taking care of Charlie just a little bit though.
