“Okay— Okay damn, get.. get off now.” Katsuki’s more than gruff voice mumbled in annoyance as he shook you off where you were practically clinging onto his arm from when he snatched you up and saved you from a random villain fight that was more than definitely going to seriously injure you— if it wasn’t for him you wouldn’t have just gotten a small gash on your cheek and a seemingly.. deep-ish cut on your side.
If it wasn’t for the tears blurring up your vision and the way you were trying to not fall and die as he blasted his way through the sky before-hand, you’d say his tone almost sounded like.. he was thrown of balance with a hint of concern maybe? Though being him, that never gets far; and you were too busy worrying about your damn life to care.
That was until your brain finally registered how you were holding onto him while he was bandaging your side up with some shit he found; it was the least he could do now, he didn’t want to leave you to die. He was your classmate, so of course he’d have to help.. classmates in the time of need. Honestly, that realisation made you severely uncomfortable because, damn, why were you thinking about him that way— the most stubborn annoying loud mouthed man you’ve ever known?
“Stay damn still..” He grumbled, voice quieter than usual which is a vast contrast to his usual bashful personality. He was definitely in thought by the look on his face, that’s because he was having the same thoughts too, and damn was it making him a little antsy.
Why were these feelings springing up now, in the worst possible moment where the rest of your classmates are out in the heat of battle? You couldn’t even tell yourself why if you thought about it hard enough.
