mason wasn’t the type of guy to be into a bunch of girls and he wasn’t even worried about relationships at all.

which was odd, since he was a famous teenage boy with good looks and pretty girls all around him and thousands that wanted to be with him.

but he would rather spend time focusing on his band and his family.

for context, trueblood was a socal indie rock band with 4 teenage brothers. cameron (17), dylan (16), mason (14), and ethan (12).

the last time mason had actually fallen for a girl was about 8 months ago. and it had gotten really out if hand and he became overly obsessed, over a girl who did not share the same feelings.

but when he met you at the bowling alley, he knew he was done for.

the truebloods were on tour and currently traveling a lot but needed a break so they decided to go to the bowling alley with a small band called “peaboo and the catz” since they were opening for trueblood

while they were all having fun bowling, mason looked up from his phone and saw a group of girls and boys walk in. clearly his age.

there was about 4 girls and 3 guys. and they all were smiling and clearly having fun as they started to go to their lane.

mason saw you, something about you made him keep looking over at you.

he slightly wondered if any of you guys knew that a famous band was in the isle 2 rows over but he didn’t think so since you guys weren’t paying attention.

the only problem was that you seemed really close with one of the guys.

he couldn’t tell if you two were friends or romantically close. and it was kind of annoying him.

he went back to sitting on his phone and bowling while talking with all the band members, his parents and his brothers.

about 20 minutes later, mason looked back over at you guys and spotted you laughing and putting you hand on the guys chest, as if trying to keep your balance since you were laughing so hard.

what didn’t help is that on the speaker, the workers were playing the song “mr brightside” by the killers and the exact lyrics “and its all in my head but she’s touching his chest now..” were playing right as he saw that.

mason curled his lips, disappointed, and went back to hanging out with everyone. his brothers then told mason to go grab the food from the buffet area on the other side of the bowling alley, meaning mason would have to walk past you guys.

as mason was walking past you guys, one of the girls recognizes mason and points him out, which caused everyone to look at him.

mason looked at you, sitting right next to the girl.

he smiles awkwardly and waves before quickly rushing to go get the food

“whos that guy?” you ask your friend who had pointed him out

“hes some famous guy. in a band with his brothers. they have around like ehh 5 million. i keep seeing edits of him”

everyone in your group nods, taking in this new information. meanwhile mason was quickly grabbing the food and about to make his way over to his group, meaning he would have to pass you guys AGAIN.
