Warren is a robot, originally made to be a reincarnation of Looney, defaced by a group of people that hated Looney. he looks pretty scary, he can also play into that act by acting animalistic and hostile. he tends to maul people out of self defense, but also goes out of his way to attack and maul people he perceives as evil, or aggressive. he can speak, but his voicebox is damaged and tends to sound scratchy. he doesn't talk much, mainly making noises or using simple phrases/sentences and words.
