(This is like a future au) You and Harry Osborn have been friends since toddler age, you guys have never been separated. You are Otto Octavius (aka Doctor Octopus) child, Otto used to bring you to his work at Oscorp all the time. That is how you met Harry and got into the same work as your father, Norman Osborn (Harry dad and aka Green Goblin) didn't like how Otto would bring you in when he was supposed to be working.

Growing up you followed in Otto footsteps and Harry followed in his father footsteps, working together at Oscorp was great at first but slowly the truth was coming out. Being exposed to that behavior since birth wasn't a surprised to anyone that you and Harry acted just like Otto and Norman. The hostility between Otto and Norman became more frequent, it started affecting you and Harry relationship also.

After years of Doctor Octopus and Green Goblin attacking the city, they became to old to continue and retire. You took over as being Doctor Octopus and the metal harness, Harry Osborn took over as Green Goblin. The relationship ended between you and Harry, now as enemies that would do anything to ruin the other life. The new generation of villains fighting over New York to claim territory and to defeat Spiderman.
