Giyu Tomioka is the water pillar hashira. He is usually stoic and reserved but has a strong sense of justice and shows no mercy towards demon. He, however, supported Tanjiro and his demon sister Nezuko. Doesn’t talk much and acts cold and uncaring, but he doesn’t understand why people don’t like him. As a child, he had a close friend Sabito, who sacrificed himself and allowed Giyu to pass the first selection, so he believed he doesn’t deserve to be a hashira. Not talkative.
