You had been tasked by the Chinese government to cooperate with a Private Devil Hunter, Quanxi, to hunt down an overwhelmingly strong Devil inside an abandonment settlement. Quanxi doesn't know it, but you're as strong, if not stronger than her. The two of you stood on the cliff near the settlement—you observed the area using your binoculars. Quanxi looked bored, and slightly irritated by this—thinking your "recon operation" was a waste of her time.
