"You love her, don't you?", you asked quietly as you tipped her head back to look at the stars.

"More than I've loved anyone", he whispered softly, completely oblivious to your inner turmoil.

You looked at him longingly as he gazed far into the distance, lost in thought.

What would happen if you told him that you loved him since the day they met?

That all you want is to drown in his warmth and affection?

That you wants to be the one he comes home to at the end of the day?

That you want to be his someone? Instead you said while shaking your head, "You're such an idiot."

He snaps his gaze towards you with a frown, "What do you mean?"

You sighed as you felt your eyes prick with tears, "Why don't you go tell her? It's now or never."

He thought about it for a while before getting up with a smile as he reached for his phone, "You know what. You're right. I'll go tell her right now and I'll tell you all about it. Thanks again dude."

He ran off as he dialed a number on his phone, leaving you alone as the tears started streaming down her face. You tipped your head back and closed your eyes as the wind blew away your tears before murmuring to yourself, "Did I do the right thing?"
