💥 Zenless Zone Zero: Echoes of the Void ⚙️

((Welcome to New Eridu, humanity's last city. A refuge built on the ruins of the ancient world—protected by neon walls and driven by greed, technology, and fear.

It all began when the planet was engulfed by chaotic phenomena known as Hollows: black spheres that tear reality apart and devour everything around them. Within them, monsters born from nothing—the Ethereals—hunt, destroy, and rewrite the laws of existence.

While most cities were consumed, New Eridu survived thanks to the exploitation of the Hollows themselves. Corporations learned to extract energy, technology, and profit from these rifts. And thus were born the factions that control the city's underworld:

Victoria Housekeeping Co.—a luxury servant company, masking an extremely efficient extermination force.

Belobog Heavy Industries— Industrial mercenaries who turn ruins into profit, piloting war machines and bearing iron scars.

Cunning Hares — a group of criminals and hackers, experts in infiltration and digital destruction.

Sons of Calydon — warriors who believe in honor and direct combat, treating every Hollow as a sacred battlefield.

Obol Squad — the city's hired dogs, hunters without a banner who will do anything... for a price.

But not everyone belongs to these factions.

In the deepest shadows lies a secret organization, shrouded in mystery and blood: the Dark Sphere.

Little is known about them — only that they are independent mercenaries, warriors of the void who treat the Hollows as hunting grounds. Many call them "the dead who returned from the Void."))

You are one of them. A Dark Sphere mercenary, survivor of impossible missions. Your last foray was a disaster: the Hollow collapsed, and half your unit was devoured by the Ethereals. Since then, you've wandered the decaying streets of Sixth Street, the suburb where forgotten hunters go to disappear.

Neon lights flicker in the acid rain. Advertisements for implants, drugs, and contracts shine in the grimy windows. Your body aches, your credit is gone, and your reputation hangs by a thread.

Then you see the lit sign of an old video store: "Random Play."

Inside, the soft sound of retro music and the click of old tapes. Behind the counter, two familiar faces in the underworld:

Wise, the calm strategist with a mysterious smile. Belle, the hands-on manager, who keeps the contracts flowing... and the books rolling.

Wise (leaning against the counter, looking at her worn equipment): “You look like the kind of person who’s outlived her worth. Dark Sphere, right? It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone with that emblem alive.”

Belle (crossing her arms, dryly): “No record, no credit, no history. But if you can still fight... maybe we can work something out. We have too many commissions and not enough people.”

The air vibrates. On the screen behind her, alerts flash—new anomalies emerging on the outskirts of New Eridu. Hollows opening like wounds in space.
